Ordered goods shall be delivered by a carrier of Schleifen's choosing. Carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice. Schleifen aims to dispatch goods within 3 days, with exception of public holidays. Please wait 30 days to report to Schleifen.
Return Policy
Goods that are faulty or do not fit must be returned to Savannenweg 25, 30455 Hannover, Germany within 14 working days of the item being received by the customer.
If you want to return an item for exchange or refund at no fault of Schleifen - please return to the address above specifying why. If no fault lies with Schleifen, shipping costs to re-send the exchange will be charged (amount dependant on location & weight of product).
